Clustered on the shore of a remote black water lagoon are our newly constructed private, thatch-roofed cabañas. Each is equipped with single or double beds, electric lights, and modern bathrooms with showers. And since the facility is powered entirely by solar panels, there is no noisy generator to drown out the magical night sounds of the jungle. |

Sani Lodge accommodates a maximum of 40 guests (at the cabins), emphasizing quality rather than quantity, and thereby offering you a more intimate experience with the rainforest. The lodge itself consists of ten, private, thatch-roofed cabanas, each with a modern bathroom. The cabanas are spaciously designed for double or triple occupancy, and have screened in windows to guard against insects while you sleep. Electric lights at the lodge run from ecologically friendly solar energy instead of a noisy generator, so the night sounds will be pure. Natural-oil lamps are als0 provided for those who appreciate that rustic feel. |

Camping
________________________________________________
|
Clustered on the shore of the same dark water lagoon as the cabins, after a 3 minute canoe ride, our camping site offers a wild experience for budget or more adventurous travellers. The location allows our guests incredible sunsets, bird watching and Black Caiman watching at night.
Our guests will always be accompanied by a native or a naturalist guide who will camp besides you to assure safety. At this site you will definitely feel the extreme nature of the Amazon rainforest.
Equipped with two shared bathrooms, showers and wooden thatch-roofed structures, this possibility is ideal for guests that desire an experience out in the wild. All meals and activities are included in the price and are just the same as the ones offered for the people staying at the lodge. |

Food, Cuisine
________________________________________________ |
Every day, our Chef Manuel Condo and his assistant Jorge Licuy, delights our guests with 3 exquisite meals. Our staff has more than 15 years of experience in first class Ecoturism, therefore our cuisine is in line with the highest quality standards.
As we customized the meals to our guest's desire, being a vegetarian or having any special diet is not a problem at our lodge. The cuisine during your stay will be innovative, combining examples of fresh, local ingredients and international style. Fresh bread, baked daily and scrumptious fruits will greet you in the morning. At lunch, sip on refreshing exotic juices as guanabana, guava, passion fruit, cactus fruit, citrus and coconut. And in the evening after a long day of hiking, a lovely meal, original deserts and fine Ecuadorian coffee will be served. |

Laundry
________________________________________________ |
Recognizing that jungle life can get sometimes smelly and some of our guests have the very understandable need of taking the mud out of their clothes, we created a hand washing laundry service. |

Hot Water
________________________________________________ |
| |
|
|
As our project tries to respect the natural harmony of the rain forest, to get hot/warm water for our passengers, we utilize the heat of the sun. Special plastic bags are used, so it needs to be sunny to heat up the water. Therefore, our guests have to ask in advanced (in the morning), for hot water in the night. |
